All information provided to Missing Peace Nannies by families is considered private and strictly confidential.
Photos, Videos, and Media Use
We may occasionally request permission to use an image or video for marketing or promotional purposes. This will never occur without the express written consent of the parent or guardian, and a signed photo release form will be required prior to use of any image and retained in the student’s file. Families always have the right to decline, and that decision will be fully respected and protected.
You may opt out of promotional or newsletter emails at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions included in our emails. Service-related or essential communications may still be sent as necessary.
Confidentiality of Family and Child Information
All information provided to Missing Peace Nannies by families is considered private and strictly confidential.

Personal details such as children’s names, addresses, schedules, medical information, and family data are protected at all times.

Staff members may access student files only when necessary and by requesting them from administrative staff.

Emergency-related forms and daily activity records may be accessed through the ProCare application, as required for care and safety purposes.
Photos, Videos, and Media Use
Any images or videos taken of a child belong to both the company and the client.
Staff may not take photos or videos of children except through the ProCare application.
Staff are not permitted to store images or videos of children on personal devices outside of the ProCare application.
Images and videos may not be shared via personal text messages, social media, or any other platform unless expressly permitted by the parent or guardian.
Parents and guardians may access, download, and save images and videos of their child from the ProCare application to their personal devices.
