Nanny Placement Process
Click Apply Now and fill out the family application. Pay the $95 application fee. This will go toward your matching fee when you choose to have a nanny selected by our agency.
**Please note that scheduling a consultation is different from the enrollment process.
Once you have registered with us, we will begin by scheduling a free consultation in which we meet with the whole family to establish family needs, goals and personality. We will discuss things like personality, curriculum preferences, dietary needs/restrictions/preferences, schedules for the children such as nap times, feeding schedules and extracurricular activities. Unsure about curriculum or meal planning? That’s ok too! Our fully trained staff can help you decide what is best for your family with different curriculum recommendations and nutritional suggestions.
When you are ready to enroll, we will send you an enrollment contract. We will include details that you have provided us for expectations of the nanny. We will include details such as the pre-agreed upon number of hours per week, and using this we will spell out the weekly tuition. It will spell out information for nanny reimbursement and for overtime hour (over 40). It will have an application to gain access to our communication app. It will contain a form to include information about allergies or other medical concerns with details about health insurance and protocol if there is a medical emergency. Short term programs will have the contract length in them for some period less than a year. Long term programs are for 1 year and renew annually.
We will then begin the matching process. We consider a variety of aspects of this match including personality, background and experience, curriculum fit and proximity. Once a nanny has been matched, we will notify the you that we have your match. You will be given an opportunity to meet your nanny prior to them being added to the schedule in your home. We will help you with questions to ask your nanny prior to accepting the role. We will then create a start date for the nanny and send a term agreement to you through email. Once your agreement is signed, your matching fee is due and your nanny will begin on the designated date.
Once the match is complete and a start date established, payment for the first week of service comes due. Tuition is paid in advance and families may choose to pay monthly, bi-weekly, or weekly. Weekly payments will be invoiced the Friday before, for the following week and are due by Monday Morning before nanny goes out. Autopay Re-imbursements for activities are paid in cash directly to the nanny. Overtime hours or other adjustments will be put on the next weeks tuition payment.
