Minimum Requirements for Employment as a Nanny:
  • High School Diploma
  • 1 year nannying experience
  • Read, Write and Speak English Fluently 
  • Clean driving record, and Background Check
  • Able to pass Drug Test

Helpful Experience and Qualifications For Nannies:
  • CPR certified
  • Some college with childcare coursework or Associates Degree- Early Childhood education
  • 1-3 years Daycare or Nannying experience 
  • Knowledge of Nutritional recommendations
  • Knowledge of early childhood curriculum development

Tutor Minimum Requirements:
  • Minimum of an Associates degree or equivalent hours completed.
  • All relevant required coursework must be completed.
  • Experience tutoring 

Helpful Experience:
  • Bachelor Degree
  • 1-3 years of tutoring experience
  • Teaching certificate (elementary tutors)
  • Special Needs certification or equivalent experience
  • ESL certification
